Juices, teas, broths and fermented milk products (kefir, yoghurts, fermented baked milk) must be present in the daily diet. The only exceptions are alcohol and sparkling drinks.

It is not recommended to organize your meals on packaged juices, coffee, cocoa, sweetened drinks and fatty sweet drinking yoghurts. The drinking diet menu should be based on the following fluids.

Since it can be equated with fasting, it is not worth prolonging the deload by more than 3 days. It is better to do 1-3 unloading days once a month, using only water.
